We are excited to kick off the 10th Floor Lobby Remodel at Hyatt Place in Uptown Charlotte, in collaboration with our esteemed partners at ENBLOC Construction. This featured project of M & J Electric represents perseverance and the importance of timing in the construction industry.
After bidding on this job twice previously with another contractor, we thought it might not come to fruition. However, by a fortunate turn of events, our paths crossed with ENBLOC Construction, and we are now bringing this exciting vision to life.
The remodel of the 10th Floor Lobby will involve sophisticated electrical work to complement the upscale design and functionality required by Hyatt Place. From installing modern lighting systems to ensuring energy-efficient power solutions, we are committed to delivering a space that reflects the excellence and elegance of the Hyatt brand.
In early 2024, M & J Electric of Wichita, LLC teamed up with Calamar Construction to bring the Blue Springs Living Center to life. This state-of-the-art senior living community showcases our commitment to delivering top-notch installations tailored to meet the unique needs of its residents.
Our work at the Blue Springs Living Center includes multi-tenant metering of the service and back-up generator systems to ensure the facility is equipped with reliable power systems. The modern lighting, and energy-efficient solutions create a safe and comfortable environment for its residents. The project reflects our dedication to precision and quality in every aspect of our work.
