Our Leadership
In 2004, Jason Parks founded M & J Electric in Wichita, Kansas. With a foundation built on precision, and commitment, Jason brought his extensive experience as a Master Electrician to lead the company. Additionally, he specializes in fuel electrical installations and convenience store construction. As a result, Jason’s unmatched passion for the industry drives his company’s success. He also founded the Greater Charlotte IEC Chapter to advance the trade and support industry growth. Outside of work, Jason enjoys fine cigars, riding his Harley-Davidson, and spending quality time with his son and two daughters, whom he takes great pride in.
Janel has been with M & J Electric since its inception, providing sound judgment and leadership to the team. She manages the day-to-day coordination of office operations and ensures seamless communication between field employees and staff. Married to Jason for 25 years, Janel has been a key contributor to the company’s growth. She cherishes time with her family, especially her new granddaughter.
Formerly a nurse, Jennifer has been overseeing the financial operations and reporting of M & J Electric for nearly 20 years. Her attention to detail and sense of humor make her an invaluable asset to the team. Jennifer has been happily married to her husband, John for 20 years. When not working, they cherish quality time with their beloved fur babies, Cappy and Kenzie.
With over 33 years in the electrical trade, Mark Cass brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, project management, and service to the M & J Electric team. Since joining the company in 2017, he has advanced from Service Manager to Wichita Division Manager, where his diverse industry experience continues to drive success. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, their two sons and their daughter. He also enjoys reading, listening to jazz music, and trading in the stock market.
The youngest member of the leadership team, Caleb has shown remarkable initiative since working with his father while still in high school. His drive to learn and grow within the industry makes him an integral part of the team. Recently married, Caleb loves spending time with his wife, Josilynn and their daughter, Adalynn.
